"We had a last minute trip up to Scotland and Iliyana kindly responded promptly and offered our pooch a place. She was great at communicating and regularly sent me updates with pictures of how Lula was doing, also checking in when it initially appeared Lula wasn’t eating (she always waits a long time to see if anything more interesting comes along ;) Messages were always quickly responded to and I really appreciated she was kind and flexible when we got congested in traffic on the motorway on our way back. Great and kind sitter, our dog was well taken care of and would highly recommend!"

"Iliyana. What can we say. Amazing. Merlin has had a brilliant couple of days with great care and great company in other pets and Iliyana. Would highly recommend you see if Iliyana is available if you need someone to look after your dog. Five stars isn’t enough."

"Our normal dogsitter couldn’t look after Rodney at short notice before our holiday. So having never used Rover before, I signed up and managed to find Iliyana at short notice. Well, I hit the jackpot with Iliyana, so thankful she got back to me. She was absolutely amazing. Great communication, lots of photos, Rodney was so happy, got yo play with lots of other dogs and has come back with a spring in his step! Would highly recommend Iliyana and will definitely be using her again. Thank you Iliyana xx"

"Sanmi is an amazing dog sittter. I was worried to leave my anxious dog with someone when on holiday but Sanmi helped him settle for a whole weeks stay. He had a lot of fun and had a great time playing with the other dogs. It was reassuring to know he was being looked after by someone so experienced."

"Sanmi was excellent with Otis during his stay. We felt very nervous as Otis is 8 months old and a very energetic puppy! Sanmi immediately settled our nerves when we met and he was very good and well prepared for Otis! Sanmi kept us well updated throughout the week and ensured to send us lots of pics and videos of Otis. He made sure to answer all my questions when I sent them throughout the week. Overall we couldn’t have asked for someone better to look after him, next time we go away Sanmi will be our first point of call! Thank you! 🤩"

"1st time leaving with Sanmi, received video & photos while away which was great to see her enjoying herself. On picking her up she looked very well, ( no weight loss which can happen) & thankfully still happy to see me & come home. Sanmi is very caring with the dogs & keeps them active which is great especially a GSD. Nova seemed to have her own holiday there which was a bonus. Thanks Sanmi, will book you again."

"This was our first booking Chester anywhere and I was a little apprehensive but Sanmi gave us lots of pictures and updates that put my mind to rest. Chester had a wonderful time and was mixing with big dogs that he doesn’t normally get on with. Sanmi is the ‘Dog Whisperer’ Chester has been so chilled around other dogs now he’s back with us. "Our first time using Rover and Sanmi provided loads of reassurance. He met Peanut beforehand to ensure we were all comfortable. We got immediate feedback she was fine and settling well. Her first cat experience was great as his cat was so chill and his dog played really gently with her, despite Peanut's high energy. Loads of pictures of her playing and walking; she came home happy and tired so we know she's had a good time. Would use Sanmi again!"

"My dog, Earl had a great time with Sanmi. He played with a few dogs (and Sanmi’s cat!) all day and had lots of attention from Sanmi. Sanmi’s dog Appa is calm and collected and doesn’t rise to my puppy-ish dog. Sanmi is very experienced and I felt very confident leaving my dog with him knowing he will be getting the best care. I will definitely book in with Sanmi again. ☺️"
